For the first time in a decade, runners will have a chance to lace up and enjoy a scenic run between the University of British Columbia Okanagan and ĀŅĀ×ŗ£½Ē, thanks to the return of the popular campus-to-campus half marathon and relay race. The run will commence at UBCO at 4 p.m. on Saturday, April 4. From there, runners will follow a scenic 21.1 km route down the Okanagan Rail Trail to the Waterfront Trail, before finishing up at the Collegeās Kelowna campus on KLO Rd. A popular fundraiser that provides emergency aid for students at ĀŅĀ×ŗ£½Ēās Salmon Arm campus is this week. Community members are invited to join students and staff for a delicious lunch for a good cause. An organization that helps to inspire and facilitate a great deal of philanthropy in the Okanagan is supporting future caregivers by donating to the new Health Sciences Centre currently being built at ĀŅĀ×ŗ£½Ēās Kelowna campus.
